About the instructor

Hello! I am a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner and the creator of this course, which I have had the privilege to teach to hundreds of clients.

I developed this and several other courses in order to help people live life to the fullest rather than slugging through each day, relying on caffeine, sugar, and other stimulants for energy. After spending many years living the greater DC area, I have first hand knowledge of how exciting and simultaneously draining a fast paced, packed life can be. When you’re in the rat race, it’s easy to burn out your body and brain, and I’ve witnessed countless people go from being on top of their game to just getting by due to this biological burnout. If you don’t have your health, it’s hard to enjoy life fully and go after your personal and professional dreams with gusto.

I am here to be your guide, support, and motivator. My goal is to provide you with a blueprint to maximize your potential by supporting overlooked aspects of your health. Launching from that solid foundation of health, you will be able to take your career and life to new heights.
